Elsewhere, Collin Farrell has reached an an amicable settlement with ex-girlfriend Nicole Narain in their legal battle over a sex tape they filmed three years ago. "We worked out our differences and settled. The terms are confidential, and both parties are happy," said Narain's lawyer, Leodis Matthews.
There's an injunction against distribution of the tape, but it has been available via a German file sharing network (according to Google) for some time. To date nearly 10,000 people have downloaded the movie...

Update: Coincidence of all coincidences Carolyn Murphy's attorneys are also Colin Farrell's attorneys. They're not too keen on you viewing either of their clients homemade porn, so their position is that linking to locations that may have those movies is illegal. Since the DMCA has a "safe harbor" provision for net providers and search engines you might be able to find it Murphy's video via Google.
