I do not like Katherine McPhee! Yes she can sing, yes she might be pretty, but she's boring! At least Kelly Pickler is funny and sweet and has a personality, even if she does sound like she's from hickville.

I don't vote for either one of them. Chris is my favorite.

They're both very talented singers, and Chris is a powerhouse. However, Kellie, in all fairness, was the worst last night, though I still think that's not saying much because she sang fantastically. It was just awkward. However, others have gotten away with it before, like BUCKY and ACE, so um, I wouldn't mind her staying another week, as long as it doesn't mean saying goodbye to Paris or Elliott.

Katharine, I agree, is a bit boring. If they say Elliott has no personality...Still, during a song, the looks she give sizzle more than his. But whatever. If she gets kicked-off, she'll soar to success on her own. And Kellie I could see doing sitcoms and other things herself.

Chris...I don't know. He's so talented, but I have mixed feelings about him. I hate the way his voice sounds...so ingratiating. If others major talents have gotten the boot for not being able to branch-out of their element, than so should he. Still, if he wins, it won't be a disappointment.

Nonetheless, I'm gunning for Taylor Hicks, my favorite performer of the bunch. He's so unique and charismatic. He stands-out amongst ALL previous Idol contestants. And the thing is, he really CAN sing. He actually has a range! Plus, he's just so much fun, it'd be great to see him win. He seems well-loved...but now, I'm just terribly worried because of last night. I wonder if he'll pull a Mandisa and give us the second shocking vote-off this season. Oh, I'm gonna be a wreck while watching "Bones" tonight before "American Idol"'s results show!

It really is all a bit of a scream isn't it. Who knows what the true vote count is anyway..... The producers of the show keep who they like and give the boot to the person they want off the show, regardless of singing ability. Nevertheless, as a singer myself, I still enjoy watching the performances although I must say, the comments from the judges usually are totally spastic.

But I have to adress - she DOES sing VERy well. She's the only one out of any of them who's had real training. She has total control of her voice. And I like Chris, but he yells and screams and strains - that is NOT correct singing. I also like Taylor though, I think he does well. Mandissa was good, i felt bad she got kicked off so soon, but someone's gotta win.

I'm voting for Katharine because I know she's going to win. The winning factor to many people is the "total" package. She gets you from many angles. It's not her fault to be talented and gifted and beautiful yet on top of that. Kat's voice is actually big and sexy on low tones like "Someone To Watch Over Me". And still big and sexy on aggressive tones like "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree". Her voice is way much better than Carrie Underwood's. Of course Kelly Clarkson's voice is another thing. She could do Aretha Franklin at any given time. So many people are blind, deaf, and stupid. Katharine is nothing special. At all. She does not have a great voice. She tries to overdo it but fails. She overacts when onstage and it is REALLY annoying... Making stupid over-exaggerated movements and making weird faces into the camera trying to be all "intense" or "sexy" ... it doesn't work. Elliott's the man. he has the best voice of the three left (he gives me goosebumps every time he opens his mouth), and the best pitch, despite being deaf in one ear. Taylor's gotten cocky and isn't performing up to par, and i think katharine's tired and she didn't "bring it" at alllll last week. We'll see what tonight holds for her. I could be proven wrong. But elliott, man, he always brings it. and, yeah, he's weird looking, but i think it makes him damn charming. Also, he's obviously the sweetest and most down-to-earth of the three left.

I thought that Katherine was the best in the beginning, but now, I think she is all about herself. I mean she can't even take constructive criticism without copping an attitude. When it comes down to it I could care less if Katharine was bitchy or arrogant (though I don't think she is) or if she has fake breasts, she has a very special talent. With a set of beautiful pipes likes hers, she was born to sing, and she has a powerful stage presence. It's saturday and I'm still repeatedly watching "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," hands down the best performance of the season.

She can channel emotion, which is a rare gift (that, sadly, was not given to Elliot Yamin despite his tears). As for her beauty, she can't help that she's gorgeous (I'm a striaght female by the way, so I'm not thinking about "getting into her pants. She's not a skinny bimbo. She's a healthy size and all the more beautiful for it)..

She isn't anywhere near as egotistical as the "holier than thou" Mandisa Hundley with her slits for eyes. The judges have been extremely hard on her. She's only had two bad performances , The Voice Inside and Against All Odds, and though while she may not "bring it" every week, her talent is undeniable.

Taylor Hicks is special also, but in a different sort of way...He soars on nice slower songs like "You Are So Beautiful" but if he sings ANYTHING upbeat, he sounds pretty..bad. His voice doesn't work with a microphone and his phrasing is awkward and gets swallowed up in the music (his voice doesn't have that nice flowing quality like Katherine, where it seems her every word envelops yet pierces at the same time), and he has yet to live up to hes fantastic audition, but many don't, including Katharine, whose rendition of "God Bless The Child" touches me like no other song this season, save "Somewhere Over The Rainbow."

I look forward to the finals, and I anticipate Katharine Mcphee with all her supposed "faults" (she is after all, human) to be crowned the next American Idol. She has the best voice to ever grace this competition aside from Kelly Clarkson, and we all know that unless Taylor Hicks works with a real record company (j records has singlehandedly ruined all "first" american idol albums)who won't compromise his individuality, he will flop off the face of the earth.

I support you, Katharine Mcphee, 100%. It would be a shame if your voice did not continue to shower the world with its purity.

So I think that Taylor has to win. He has character and has this passion none of us criticizing jerks can touch. Catherine just has this selfabsorbed personality, and all that matters to her is if she wins or now.We all know catherine will just be another kelly clarkson.
